🎉 Congratulations to Melek Deniz Tarım, young pianist from Turkey, for winning the Silver Prize in both the Modern A (Under 17) and Junior (Ages 8–10) categories, as well as the Excellent Musicianship Special Prize at the Erik Satie International Music Competition 2026 Season 2 (Season Period: 21 Jan – 21 Apr 2026).
After the results were announced, Melek shared her joy and gratitude for this meaningful international experience:
"Hello, I'm Melek Deniz Tarım from Türkiye. I'm a passionate, willing 10 years old piano player. This is my first time participation in an international Music Competition and I was very excited to show off my performance all over the world. I'm so thankful to my piano tutor who made me love piano from the very first day. And also want to thank all the jury members who evaluate my perform. I'm so happy to be a part of this competition and really glad to be winning Silver Prize. Thank you so much to every one of you..."
