"Hello, my name is Marta Jakubiec and I'm a 16-year-old violinist from Poland. I am truly honored to receive the absolute first prize and a special prize for poetic interpretation at the UK International Music Competition. This recognition is especially meaningful to me because it shows that hard work and dedication are worthwhile. I would like to sincerely thank the jury for this distinction as well as my teacher Mr. Fabio Salmeri, my pianist, Mrs. Alan Taranello, and my parents for constant support and encouragement. Thank you once again. I am truly grateful for this honor and the opportunity to share my music."
