Catherine Marie J Remus, a young pianist from Portugal, has been awarded First Prize along with the Best Beethoven Performance Special Award in the Prodigy category (Age 7 and under) at the Beethoven International Music Competition UK 2026 Season 1. Congratulations! 🎉🎹
Sharing her joy and gratitude, Catherine said:
“Hello everyone. I am Catherine from Portugal. This was my pleasure to participate in the Beethoven International Music Competition 2026. I would like to say thank you to the judges for awarding me first prize and the best Beethoven performance special award. Of course, I have to send a lot of hugs to my teacher, Rebecca, and both my parents. Mom, thank you for our early session. I could not have won without you. See you soon.”
